Anyone know why American McGee's Alice dont work

Me and my friend both have American McGee's Alice on 1.2.2 under leopard 10.5.4, mine is a GMA 950 and she is running GMA 3100.
On my computer is works perfectly but on hers(GMA 3100) the icon bounces once then locks up and requires a force quit. Anyone know a fix for this on the GMA 3100.

Also any reason why the GMA 3100 is always slower in games than my GMA 950, in World of warcraft its 10FPS in favor of my GMA950. My machine has 2 GB of ram and hers has 1 GB of ram though this should not cause any major difference in these games.

Likely it doesn't recognize the Video Card as being valid. Try checking the Game's site to see if there is a patch or update.

As for the other problem, it is the RAM, since it is shared between the OS, Applications, and Video Card. Likely too much of the Application data has to be put into virtual memory, slowing down the speed of the system.

The latest patch is 1.1.2 and according to the patch notes its universal binary though there is nothing else in the notes about the GPU's supported.
