This is an expensive accessorie to lose! I’ve misplaced my AirPods at home but have been able to locate them. I went to the Apple Store at the mall Saturday. I had the case in my jacket pocket. I took the jacket off at some point and they must have slid out. Found they were missing yesterday so I went back to the mall today. That was the last paired location. No luck! Someone got an early Christmas present and my wallet is $174 lighter.

Sorry to hear that! My son lost one of his and the replacement was $69.

I wish you could record a message that would play on lost AirPods when found. Otherwise, there is no way for someone who finds it to get them back to you.

I've heard there are pouches to put the case in. I might look into getting one that has enough room for the case and a tracking device.

My case fell out of my pocket with them inside. Attached a tile to the outside of the case for my current pair. Also being more careful with pockets...

I lost one...then found it later, crushed by a car! Serves me right for losing at a petrol station. Luckily this was not long after release, so when I went to Apple with my broken AirPod they just replaced it for free. Something to do with it being such a new product that their system for managing replacements hadn't being updated! Have been much more careful since.

They’re definitely easy to lose. You want to be sure to put them back in the floss case when you’re done using them. Lol

Lost mine at a fun park during a half-day retreat at work. I have no idea why I brought them along with me in the first place. Well, actually, I do. But I shouldn't have. Must have slipped out of my pocket during mini golf, or go carts, or someone took them while they were out of my pocket in bumper boats.

Very sad day for me. And I just returned from a two day trip to NYC....thought I'd actually lose them there, and I didn't!

My sis told me not to buy another pair though... so maybe I'll have a new set next month?? ;))))

Didn’t lose mine, but I left them in my pockets and sent them through a full cycle in the washing machine. Several days later I tried them and nothing from either earbud or the charging case:(
