Nope. I love the small amount of new features in ML personally. It also seems alot more snappy. Now that I have a rmbp it's also a must. But even on my 2008 umb I would have upgraded for sure.

I tested ML GM on my late 2008 MBP. It is smooth and some applications such as Safari 6 are faster...

I see no reason not to upgrade given that it improves performance and provides some nice features.

I should get a free upgrade as I only just purchased a MBP - although even if I didnt I would have purchased ML - not as though it will break the bank! Nevertheless, I may wait a week or two though, Im in no rush.

TBH, I don't think I will use any of the new features. I had to Google the new features because when it was announced nothing clicked.

AirPlay is probably the reason and costing only $20 is the reason why I upgraded.

BTW, I do love the new Wallpaper they added to Mountain Lion.
