The iPad Air now has an "Air" Text added to it, similar to the MacBook Air

I didn’t notice that at all! Good catch. I’m looking back on the press photos they released and that text seems to be intentionally concealed in a lot of them.

Someone noticed it in another thread.

Seems like Apple tried to simplify the text on the back, but customers found the form factor too similar to iPad Pro.
