i haven't, but imagine it's the newer version and if not, it's just the software that is different which an update anyways.

in fact, buy from the refurb and get at 40 GBs for just 209....

FYI the Apple Canada Online store ships from the same places as the U.S. store. The only difference is the pricing and taxes.

Cool - didn't realize that...so I'll expand the question - anyone ordered from the Canadian or US Apple Store recently, and is everything new inventory?

I read in another forum they're getting rid of the 1.1 stock and selling as refurb, I just ordered one last week and don't intend to update, can let you know what I get when it arrives. I'm in Canada too.
