Mine shipped 3 hours ago, but their promised expedited shipping because of the delay was disclosed in my email as standard shipping. I've already complained about that to apple, hope i get my mbp before the weekend(doubt it, now that its standard shipping). anyone elses mbp recently ship out?

Nov 13! No ship notice for me (ordered Oct 30). Time for me to have a word with my apple rep, who had promised me to try and expedite my order :mad:

man, apple is starting to piss me off. I'm going O/S for 6 weeks next week for work. I have no idea what i'll do if it arrives after i leave. To think, it said 1-3 days to ship when i ordered...

Hope you enjoy yours though. :)

mine said 1-3 days also and i'm very sorry to hear that you have been waiting for so long, almost a whole month. Good luck, have they given you anything free, deducted the price or anything. I got a free brenthaven edge II, at least its something. wont use it though.

I didn't ask for any free stuff - the computer is for work and i was more interested in trying to get them to speed up the order than anything else. I'll wait to morning (PST) to see if it ships and then give it one last try with the customer service manager.

i didn't ask either i just said that i would like for my macbook pro to arrive before thanksgiving which will not happen. call and say if you don't ship my macbook pro now, ill just cancel buy a dell or something. Maybe they'll respond with a yes sir.

wow i didn't even tell them id cancel, that is just poor customer service you need to complain to someone higher up. Man i can't believe that, you should have the priority because you ordered in october, i think you should have your macbook pro in your hands right now. That's ridiculous, good luck.

i ordered mine the 26th...got yet another shipping delay this past friday, called and talked it over with a rep and canceled my order thinking id get it from a store sooner...Got the email this past sunday that it shipped with a delivery of tomorrow morning!!! i called and told them to disregard my cancellation and they complied...so yeah, dont listen to that delay...call them, complain and it seems theyll speed things up...at least thats what they did for me...

I know the process has sucked, but im sure itll be worth it in the end...can't wait till tomorrow...unfortunately i wont be able to touch it till thursday cuz of work then a meeting and a promise to myself that i cant until i finish a paper for uni...but ill be staring at the box a lot, thats for sure.

get this one i ordered on the 31st oct, shiped 2 days after it was payed ( shiped out on the 16th of nov ) expected date was today 7 days later ( 22nd ).

Now for the good stuff, TNT are fudge nugets imo its take them 7 days to get it to the uk, and they niver knew where the h*ll it was half the time. Now it gets to my local depo in glasgow goes out to get delivered. Guess what they call the driver tell him not to deliver at 13:05, I call TNT
"Hi there like wtf mate, what you doing with my laptop some one got a hardon for it in the depo" they say "Oh apple need to call us an wipe ower arse and say now go give the nice man his 2 grand laptop"

anyway you get the idea so call apple they say "yeh is that what they told you cos it dont sound right, well I'll get in touch and find out" ( this is at around 2pm )
ok i wait till almost 5 call back apple "Oh wait till tomorow morning and we'll let you know Once TNT get back to us"

Why could he not have called TNT while i was on the phone to find out what was going on. So 8 days to get it from china to my door step ( I hope )

I ordered my C2D 15" CTO on the 10th. Current ship date is the 28th.
I called and threatened to cancel and they did not give a damn.:(
What with the delay and the thought that after it all I might get a bum screen it is turning into a frustrating experience.

Delay Delay

Well, I ordered my Macbook pro 17inch with glossy and 7200 rpm HD on October 24th. First it said ship by november 15th and now it says december 8th. I've called apple about 12 times and each time they say its going to ship on a certain day and it never does. It's very frustrating and I'm close to calling it quits and cancel and reorder.. I ordered my through COMPUSA so that could be the problem?

well my Edu store ordered MBP came today 8 days after being give to TNT mental but all is good shes perfect :)
