I forgot to pay my Verizon bill but remembered on the last day before they would suspend service. I made the payment but Verizon suspended anyway. I called and they acknowledged their mistake and said service would be restored within a couple of hours. Service had not restored a few hours later and they tried again. Now today it still is not restored and they don’t know why. They gave me a ticket number.
I running 16.1 beta. Is that the issue?
I am able to receive calls and I have internet data access, and can send/receive text. I can do all things but make phone calls.
