Just wondering if they fixed it or do they turn it on and swipe the screen a few times and say it’s working as it should? Mine is very random and I think I will put the two videos I took today showing how bad it can be on the home screen with a note to watch them when I send it in. Got a box coming from Apple to get the process started but don’t really have high hopes for a fix.

This started out a few months ago and I was on 12.? And I progressed to the latest 12 then I figured I try 13PB. Nothing I have read and tried has helped. I use it to edit photos for my side business and that has become a real pain. I have seriously considered just trading it into Best Buy and grabbing the newest MacBook Air but I really like the IPad platform.
