Anyone suggest a app for removing progs and clean-up?

Agree with post above -- AppCleaner is what you want.
Note: notice that there is no space character between "App" and "Cleaner".
This distinguishes it from something else out there with a similar name.
But AppCleaner does the job and does it right.
