So I was thinking perhaps if the phone takes off, Apple may figure out a way for version 2, 3, 4 etc. to introduce an alternative version of the phone, perhaps something that might have more of a business/multimedia aspect to it.
For instance their could be some way of looking at Final cut pro projects or Logic projects.
More utilities that would be suitable for business environment, you could create graphs on the fly and connect to a printer via Bluetooth or wifi.

I really dont know what they might do, but Im just thinking that

the IPHONE PRO kinda has a nice ring to it. heck, by the time it could be rolled out on the market, Apple may have discovered a way to create an expandable screen without any crease marks or whatever. (It is the future)

Anyway I'm going to shut up so that anyone who wants to can chime in on my idea, or flame me for creating yet another useless post on future versions of the Iphone.

Interesting idea, but I don't think there is enough of a market to build an entirely new phone for viewing Final Cut, Logic, etc. I'm not sure why you'd want that on a phone... Maybe iWork integration - there is already the ability to view PDFs and Word docs.

there is a gap between the smallest laptops and the iPhone, both of which run Mac OS X and could reasonably be called computers. Someday, I expect that gap will be filled in. And while this future product may have phone capabilities, I don't think we'll be calling it a phone. A phone has to fit in your pocket, yes?
