Awesome. I like it very much. You can let float the picture wall by tilting the device. Type in the search your favourite car brand (here: Citroen CX) p. e. and you'll get tons of really good photographs.

I would like to have something similar for my MBP.

Cooliris is available as a firefox plugin as well. Just download and it installs to your firefox browser. Sorry Mac guys...this link is for XP and Vista and I did not see a Mac download. It is pretty cool as my wallpaper website just opted in and I can view all of his wallpapers on this new plug in. Pretty amazing.

Oh...and I have the iPhone App as well...works great and really looks sharp.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 3G: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)

unfortunately viewing 3 rows of tiny previews just don't work too well on a 3" inch.

The inability to save pictures without going thru safari also makes this not very useful. Once you are on safari, when u come back your "state" is gone and forcing the user to start over their search is just not acceptable.

It is also not very fast when caching... This is one of those concepts that need to be changes for the iphone.

I started to really use the firefox plugin only after they let you save your state.

I just downloaded it and tried it. I'm impressed. It works suprisingly well. Here is how I would describe it: It takes the same Flickr that you view through your internet browser on your computer and views it in the same format/method that you scroll through your "photos" on your iPhone. You can still search. It's not just the Flickr database though. Google images and many more.
On the current version, you can click the "i" and it will allow you to directly email the image, just like when you email your own photos.

For a PC, I would prefer to continue to just use the regular Flickr and Google Images websites, but for the iPhone, I like this App! :)
