Anyone Use a USB monitor for Color Palettes/Tool Boxes?

Just wondering if anyone here uses a monitor such as the:

MIMO UM-720S Touch Screen USB Monitor (Amazon Link)

I would think that a little monitor such as the above would be great for keeping tool palettes out of the way and maybe in a larger, more easily seen screen... I could imagine putting my layers window and color palette on here... Though I guess you would have to be sure to calibrate both screens to match if you were to put your color palette on there.

Just wondering if anyone has already tried this, and what you experiences might be.

EDIT: Viewing angle is supposed to be bad. I guess color palettes won't be going on there... I just want a way to unclutter my Photoshop workspace without adding another full size monitor to my tiny desk. -_- Though I don't think I would buy this thing for 200$ anyways... even with the most convincing advice. Didn't notice the price prior to posting.

Yeah. I think I would spring for the non-touch if anything. I have a Wacom for all of my tablet-type needs.

I wouldn't mind having a third monitor for editing in Gimp even a small one would be a blessing for the tools freeing up space on my main screen just to see what i am doing--My second monitor is the TV strictly for viewing downloaded movies and DVR at this point, I tried using it to view the tools but it's not that great.

woot.com has had similar USB sub-monitors on sale several times this year already. Might be a good way to try it out without having to spend a lot on it.

I have thought about getting one for the same reasons, but w/ two monitors already, it might be overkill. haha
