I was just browsing about on youtube and came across a bunch of videos to do with running windows programs using Darwine. So i'm just curious if anyone actually uses it?

I would find it pretty cool if i could play free windows games using Darwine?

Anyone know anything about this?

Darwine is like crossover, only works with certain programs.
I think crossover works with more programs than darwine does, however some programs work with darwine but not with crossover, and viceversa.

And then as you say, darwine is free.

Its pretty easy to use, go ahead and try it out ;)

Ok i will give it a go...

On the darwine application database it says you can play silkroad online so i might try that see if it works...

However im on the darwine website to download the program and it has a choice of downloads for powerpc, universal and x86

I thought my macbook pro was a universal...but it doesn't link me to any page unless i click on power pc. I though power pc where the older modles like the g4 and so on?
