It is, without a doubt, the most productive add-on on all of my Macs.

It is so cool to be able to move the mouse while a save dialog is present and see the outlines of all the open windows (which allow you to jump to that particular folder).

Stable as a rock - if an app has a problem with it, you can exclude it very easily. The only time I've seen that happen was with OmniGraffle - but that's even been fixed.
