Anyone use the "bookshell" from macally not macessity?

I just found this bookshell in black and red on macally's website and am considering ordering it has anybody used one? I'm mainly wondering about the inside? Hoping that its soft and velvet lined for the whole inside and that it doesn't come off easily? Anyone have any info on the uniea u-suit? I can't access their website or ishoppo who used to sell their leather shell but it looks fairly identical.
