anyone use WinAdmin

I know, this is a Mac forum in all but I know there are a few Windows/ iPhone users out there. Has anyone tried winadmin? i want to buy it but i'd like to get an opinion on it first

I use it to rdesktop into the computer at my office for things like mIRC. I think it's great. It connects pretty fast and I haven't had any problems with it yet.

I've used WinAdmin to log into a few XP computers and 2000 servers (all over VPN connections). Works as expected, no complaints so far

What about vista? Does it go through remote desktop connection? In other words, how does it connect?

since it's using the RDP it should work over vista correct? tempting to get this.

Yes it done over RDP and vista does not work yet its more for the corprate users that needs to access things but it works great i have 38 clients set up already and it works great even over 2 bars of edge

yeah i was thinking of using this for work. i noticed on his webpage there will be vista support eventually. i'm assuming there's no lag like mocha vnc correct? i'm hoping it's like teleport which on the lite version, i've found very fast.

No lag doing normal computer stuff (e.g. email, IRC, web browsing, documents, etc). However don't expect to be able to play Warcraft.

I purchased WinAdmin on a whim the other day, thinking it would be just something cool to show off with but I have actually found it quite useful to have and it has already saved me from having to go home to a PC to attend to some work issues. I'm quite amazed with how smooth it is and highly recommend it if you need to admin servers for work or just want remote access to a Windows PC for whatever reason.

well i've been lazy in getting vpn to work. guess it's time to figure it out before i buy this thanks for the feedback everyone. i'm going to get it once i get vpn to work.
