Anyone using a good RSS reader?

Nnw screwed the pooch IMO. They left a buggy iPhone version and charged double for iPad. Their support sucks and their app does too for now.
Hopefully they adjust their game plan. Right now I can't see paying for their iPad app which is on par or less than the google reader site(and way too expensive). Of all the devs and apps on the iPad I am disappointed with, this would be number one. I await a better response than I can offer. Nothing I have tried yet including feeder is worth using.
The Early Edition is awesome, although it has a slow startup time when you have a lot of feeds. It doesn't yet support Google Reader, but I don't use that anyway since I use Safari's built in RSS on my Macs. This app is gorgeous though and in true iPad fashion.
I downloaded Early Edition on day one, and unfortunately, I find the screen to be too busy. Also, the lack of google sync for feeds is a major let down. However, I do see that google implementation is in the works soon.
I have NewsRack on both my iPhone and iPad, and to me, it's the best reader available. It has a clean, easy to use interface, and loads very, very fast. My only minor complaint is the inability to mark feeds as unread.
On top of that, support is fast! They responded back to me within two minutes to a reported bug. Aces!

I'm a huge fan of Reeder on my iPhone (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/reeder/id325502379?mt=8) and according to their Twitter feed, they're working on an iPad version of the app.
The problem though with rss readers is not that they are too busy, but not busy enough to be usable and appealing. A bunch of headlines with a blurp won't draw me to read anything, that's why newspapers have never used this bullet type format.
I find the early edition rendering and arrangement a treat, just like newspaper articles, just like times for the mac. And this is what a mac rss reader should be like, sensitive to and sensible about aesthetics.

Both the desktop and mobile version of Google Reader are quite usable (and free). The one quirk is that you have to use a two-finger swipe to scroll the frame within the desktop Google Reader.
Newsrack is amazing. Have it on my dock on iPad...works flawlessly, fast and sync with GR is perfect. Highly recommended!
Newsrack for iPad what the first time I was able to use something other than the Google Reader web site and be happy. The videos from feeds even play right in the app. A++
Anyone know how Newsrack compares to Feedler? Feedler is free and does support Google Reader sync.
Feedler is missing a few features that I prefer, like Oldest First and View Unread Only. If Feedler adds those, it'll be much nicer. Feedler is very slow to do a full sync for offline reading, but a partial sync is much faster.
Can't compare with Newsrack, but I prefer the Reader web clients over Feedler right now.
Early Edition
I bought sever news readers looking for the "perfect" one. The best I found is Early Edition. I like how it organizes the articles into a newspaper format. For some reason, it makes it easier for me to read.
To get the feeds in, I sent myself an email with all of my favorite feeds and the used copy/paste to add them to Early Edition. They said they are looking into adding a page scrubber so you can just type a URL to a site and it will list off the sites RSS feeds for you to choose from.
Update: I just got an update to Early Edition and the comments say they are adding sync with Google Reader soon.

Ended up getting Newsrack and deleted Feedler. Newsrack looks and performs better. Much happier with it.
Is there anyway you can tag and bookmark a story, or even save it? What are the archiving options is what interests me.
I don't like the way google reader formats them, I want them to be laid out and arranged newspaper - like.
