I just bought it today, and wow! The gestures for deleting and replacing words is so efficient. plus the autocorrect engine is as good as the iOS one which I place at the top, plus with Swiftkey being very unresponsive and laggy, using Fleksy was a breath of fresh air!

On Android Swiftkey is still the best IMHO. But on IOS Swiftkey is not as good.

I haven't tried any of the 3rd party keyboards yet, but they are all rated terribly.

Talking about Android here,it is a laggy mess for me. Don't you feel a delay when you tap a letter on swiftkey?

That's odd, but trust me on this when I say this, Fleksy is truly great and remember if you don't like it you have a 2 hour return period from Google Play.

Oh. For some reason I thought you meant the iOS version. Those are the ones rated poorly.

Nope never have had lag on SwiftKey on Android. Typing this now on SwiftKey. It is setting do predictive text/dictionary through Google services.

A friend tells me that Fleksy is the only good third party keyboard for iOS, YMMV

Meh...

I tried it on my Note 3 but I like the stock one way better. Word prediction stock is awesome and Flesky didn't bring me anything better. Just my take.

I use both Swype and Fleksy on my iphone 6+. Both are decent but aren't quite perfect yet because of the glitches/issue with Apple's 3rd party keyboard API.

Example: the keyboard may or may not come up sometimes in the messages app. It definitely does not come if you try to quick reply from a notification banner. At other times the messages app literally freezes and I have to close it and re-open to continue typing.

FWIW I think Fleksy is much better than Swype on iOS.

How does apple mess this up?

i'm too used to swiftkey to give it up, i like it for the number row, long press for special characters, swiping, and most importantly the option to set the long-press delay. After being used to a short long-press delay the standard samsung or google keyboard delay seem to take ages for me...

I love it! The functionality is really good, it's got a great prediction. The design is also great, as are the typing sounds. And I love the swipe-back-to-delete-a-word functionality.

But it stung when I paid €3.99 for it and then they made it free couple of days later!

Plus themes cost money... which is BS, IMO. At that price, they should be free.

I had to pay for Fleksy how did it become free for you?
