Anyone using Missing Sync?

I am thinking of getting missing sync for my iMac to sync with my windows mobile (v2) smartphone (orange spv c500).

I am looking for some feedback from an actual user - any one out there?

How does it perform?

I purchased it about 3 weeks ago. I've had some trouble with it, but have been able to fix it (most of the time contacting their tech support). Their website has some helpful how to tips, but isn't always helpful. You can submit a form and you'll get an email back usually within 2 days. Despite it taking 2 days, they're very helpful with support. After the first response, if you need more help, they get back to you usually within an hour or 2.
It's wonderfully integrated with Apple's Address Book, iCal, iPhoto, & iTunes.
