Since Apple hasn't started shipping any modern buckle band yet, just curious how many people want to buy one when they come out.

I keep checking a few times a day so I can order one for my wife. Amazed it's taking this long to even purchase one.

I have the SS with pink modern buckle band but would like to add a black modern buckle when available for variety.

I'm in when they are available.

Edit: Gave in and just got a classic buckle.

I've already owned two different modern buckle watches and returned both. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn't feel like a 250-dollar band to me. I hope Apple releases some new band styles/colors soon.

I was in the Apple Store a couple of days ago and asked if they had any idea when the modern buckle bands would be available. The genius told me even the store employees didn't know, and some of them were waiting for it as well.

Yep. The reps told me that when I returned mine.

So I'm in for a long wait then. It's just as well that I have my classic buckle to keep me occupied until then.

Is it true that the modern buckle only comes in the 38mm size? If so that's pretty disappointing. It's a nice looking band.
