Alas, I am on a Windows machine so I cannot use the latest PWNAGE 3.1.4. Please PM me if you willing to send me the cooked IPSW file. Thank you in advance.
 
Me, too! I have a 3Gs and would like it with no custom logo and no activation (I'm on AT&T). Thanks! I sure wish I had a Mac or knew someone with one!
 
i really doubt anyone is going to do this for you, the ipsw is a copyrighted file by apple. it could take this site down if there is even a link to one. be careful.

Lol i giggled at this. The link will prolly get removed but i highly doubt the site will be taken down :D

speaking of PM's, if someone would be kind enough to provide me with the link also. im at work and its nearly impossible to search or enter most websites! thanks :D
 
Which one are you guys looking for 3.1.2 custom thats activated (non At&t customers) or Fully activated 3.1.2 custom (t-mobile and other GSM providers)?
 
Here is a custom restore for iPhone 3GS No baseband update, No custom logos, and Fully activated. (non At&t users) Let me know how it goes.

Also if someone could upload a 3.1.2 version for the 3G version on ATT. That would be awesome.

And if anyone needs help hosting. Let me know.

Before: iPhone 3GS with OS 3.0 - Modem FW 04.26.08 - Jailbroken and Unlocked

After Restoring with this ipsw: OS 3.1.2 - Modem FW 04.26.08 - No Cydia, No Icy, NO SERVICE, can't make calls.

Any ideia?

Found Cydia on 2nd home screen (duh)

so whats the difference between the two as i just got an iphone some of the terms are still new to me. I will be using it on att and already have service. it will also install cydia?

I saw the warning as well but the 'un-activated' firmwares are suppose to be for us under AT&T. If anything I will give any updates as soon as the download finishes. I just updated to 3.1.2 and then will restore to custom unactivated 3.1.2
