iPhone 17 Pro Max Anyone’s iPhone 17 Pro Max pre-order still processing since Sept 12th?

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange at 8 am and I placed the order and it said my order will arrive by Sept 25th express delivery after a few minutes I have ordered. Saturday night after pre-order day. My date changed to Sept 19th, well on Friday the 19th, my order shows arrives Monday 22nd, but my order has not been shipped yet and I haven’t seen a change on my bank card yet.

My order is still processing and has not moved or updated since then. Anyone know why?

Like you, I also got the 9/25 date that later changed to 9/19. My credit card was charged on 9/15 and payment was posted on 9/17. Notification from Apple is it shipped on 9/18, and it still has not come. The only thing UPS shows is the label was created. There’s no scans from UPS of actually receiving it, loading on the truck for delivery or any kind of movement. UPS also shows no delivery date. Apple says it’s UPS’ fault and UPS says it’s Apple’s fault. Apple said if it hasn’t arrived by the 25th, they can do something but not any sooner.
