Anyone's song skipping midway in the music app?

Its happened at-least a dozen times in the last 10 days or so for me . Been happening on all builds of IOS 9 for me. Its never happened in IOS 8 before. All my music has been purchased on iTunes. Anyone knows why? Thanks in advance. I'm going to remove all the music and download them over again and see if they got damaged in someway while download from itunes. Has anyone heard of an instance like this?

Ya know what my music app on 9.1 has been a little weird today. Streaming songs and playing songs I have downloaded to my device has been skipping a little and stopping and just being glitchy. I've noticed the spinny wheel activity thing has been going more than usual too while in the app. I think something maybe going on server side.

My songs are local...I mean they are on the phone.
