I used to use Xcon, but it doesn't seem to be compatible with the iOS 7 jailbreak.

There was a way to change xcon to work with brighthouse could this app be updated to work brighthouse

Found the brighthouse fix

In another thread I did fine the brighthouse change

Open iFile, goto (& open) FakeTimeWarner.plist in /var/null/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries
Change the line <string>com.timewarnercable.simulcast</string>
to <string>com.bhn.simulcast</string>
Hit save edit and done

There is a patch in FLEX that works.

You guys should stop updating apps that you need patches like that to bypass.
Most likely the new update defeats the patch.
So do your homework before and never update first and ask for an update on the patch once you're stuck.
Stay on the old version that works with the JB detection patch.
Common sense...

I can confirm that the "Hideout" jailbreak tweak works with iOS 8.4 (Jailbroken using Taig). Configurable in Settings.
