I noticed that CyCorder hasn't been updated since 9/7/2008. Does anyone know if there's anything better out there for video recording?

I actually perfer Iphone video recorder over cycorder. It has all the same features as cycorder plus more. Also they are still doing updates for it also.

There is a way to get it free.... but I will not post that up on the forums as respect for the developers...

Yes iPhone recorder has more options but video and especially audio quality are not up to par with Cycorder. I would much rather compress the video if needed on my end then have the app do it for me.

iphonevideorecorder gives you the option to record in straight .mov format (where it isn't compress), or you can record in Mpeg format (which is compressed)

I'll do a comparison video later today between cycorder and iphonevideorecorder so we can see which is better.

Apple's 3.0 iPhone video recorder is better!

Aside from that though, Cycorder is really the only feasible option on 2.x.

Have you noticed that in 3.0 it is still limited to 15 fps? And please explain what is better.
