Anything like mail.app on the PC?

When I'm on my Mac I really like using the Mail program (Panther OSX 10.3.2 version).

I was wodering is there anything like it on the PC, I'm looking for a similar interface as well as features.

This might be a pipedream but if anyone knows of anything, please let me know.

I think Mozilla's Thunderbird is the next best thing.
