There used to be “Dougs AppleScripts for iTunes” - not sure if he’s updated them to work with music.app but it would almost certainly have a tool for what you want (“find and replace in track names” comes to memory as one I used several years ago)
I use NameChanger from MRR software on files. Works great for most stuff like this. It's far more versatile than the Finder's contextual Menu file renamer.
You'll have to pull the files out of iTunes first.
NameChanger is not in the Apple Store. Not sure whether he's an "approved' developer or not.
I use a Terminal command to allow Allow apps from anywhere: sudo spctl --master-disable
That may not be to your taste.
