Anyway to change the startup sound?

I'm just curious. I used that app to change the apple image on the bootup screen to something else and I was wondering if it's possible for me to do something similar with the "Boooooonggggg". thanks for your help.

The startup sound is generated by the hardware on a successful power-up; it's like the initial beep-tone on a PC. It can't be changed.
