I'm stuck out in the middle of nowhere with dialup. So I've had no real reason to ever need a wireless setup in my house. I have mobilecast and when I remove files, I see no change in free space on my phone. So just trying to see if there is a way I can add/remove files from my phone without dealing with wifi. I mean, if it means me having to buy a cheap wireless modem or something, i suppose I could deal with that, but would rather not spend $30 if I don't have to...

Maybe MobileFinder would do the job u looking for. It will let you see all the directories on iPhone.

Looks like 1.1.3 and 1.1.4(where I'm at) have some issues, I'm gonna mess with it a little anyways, but it looks like it's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks a ton!

If anyone else has anything to share, feel free to go ahead. Looking for an easy way to get items onto my phone as well, still doing some searching, but not coming up with too much...

*TRY* to make an adhoc network using your laptop (im assuming its a laptop that you have with you)

adhoc from teh laptop, connect to that with the iphone and try it that way.

I have a powermac G5 with no airport card and a 1.2 ibook with an airport card.
Im going to bed right now, but I'll try it and see what happens, never know :)
thanks!
