  • Better battery life using the AOD

iPhone 14 Pro max (and pro) owners, what are your impressions with iOS 16.2 and the always on display?

Does it consume less battery when the background is turned off in the AOD?

I’m using it full fledged, background on, but I’m curious about what the impact would be by turning it off.

Any thoughts?
