Okay, there is a difference between Apple's iCal icon and this one you are showing.

Apple's calendar logo is more detailed and has little slits on the upper right corner. The Apple iCal logo has more of a graphical look to it. They may appear to be the same, but this similarity was definately unintentional.

AOL = left : Apple = right
