My AOL mail is now saying Offline. I have Verizon FIOS and it switched to AOL a couple years ago. My AOL was connected but now it's not connected. I attached screen shots. I tried Connection Doctor and it's not working.

Has anyone experienced this? I can't figure out how to get the AOL to connect to my Apple Mail.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried many different solutions. I used AOLs instructions for mail, still couldn't get it to work.Verizon says they don't support the mail of course since they've outsourced to AOL. AOL outsourced their mail support to a 3rd party and that party charges, so now there's no free assistance. At this point, after many years of having a verizon email address, I'm going to have to switch to a different provider. I see no reason to PAY when my soon-to-be ex-ISP outsources to someone else who outsources to someone else.
