AP news app: Rating system based on what?

Inside the AP news app you can rate stories from 1-5 stars, my question is, do you rate based on the quality of reporting, or the story itself?

If I do vote, which is rare, it'll usually be on the story itself.

Has this app improved in recent months? At one time it was my favorite news app, then they had an update and it became horrible.

Oh definitely! It used to be awesome, then had it's low point, and now after it's most recent update...it's pretty darn good!

Yes, they added a AWESOME feature that wipes your clipboard, even if you haven't copied anything, on exit.
