when i try to uninstall Apache on 1.1.3, I get “main script execution failed”

I've tried reinstalling Installer via the method that's been suggested before on here for fixing this error, but I still get it.

Any thoughts on what I should do/try?

I'm just looking to reinstall apache to use it actually, and the only files I find on my phone of it are logs and an executable file in one of the bin directories.

when i try to downgrade the baseband i get the same error. i tried other apps. such as games and i get the exact same error. but i cant even use the phone part since the baseband wont downgrade so i just restored to 1.1.3

if u figure it it lmk please.
thanks
espo
