Apartment ISP device limit workaround?

Hi! Hopefully this is the right place to post this. Anyway, I'm a college student living in an off-campus apartment complex. The complex provides wifi access that up until a few months ago didn't have a limit as to the number of devices you could connect. Then they made it so we had to register with the ISP and now have a limit of 4 devices that can be connect per tennent. You have to provide the MAC address for each device and the network confirms it befor you can connect. I don't have access to the router directly, but it's not password protected other than registration which is done in the web browser of the device being used.

Is there any way around this? I have an iPhone, an iPad Mini, two MacBook Pros, a PS3, and a Wii that I would like to use with the wifi. I also have a wifi capable printer, but it's possible to use it with USB. And then there's my boyfriend who comes over occasionally with his iPhone and iPad Mini. I'm only here for another 11 months or so, but it's really annoying to have such a limit in 2015.

I have NOT tried this, but here is something that might work (I assume you have no Ethernet jack in your apartment, just wifi connections.)

Do you mind reporting back after using the router for a few days how well it is working for you. I was thinking of replacing my airport express with something more universal for hotel travel.

Sure. I'll have to order it since it looks like Best Buy doesn't have them in stores.

Finally received the router! Set it up yesterday. That was pretty easy. My rMBP seems totally fine with connecting to it and accessing the internet. My iPhone on the other hand really doesn't like it and won't keep a steady connection. I've just decided to connect it to the apartment internet directly. I haven't really tried my other devices yet.
