APM or Sony

I am about to buy some overhead ear phones but am undecided between APM and the Sony WH-1000XM5. I really want apple headphones but it’s a lot of money to drop for 3 plus year old headphones. I’m mainly
looking for good noise cancelling

XM5 are better sounding but you have a number of Apple devices in your signature which makes me think APM is best for you.

Sony XM5s for me, I find them much more comfortable, can actually be turned off and you can equalize the sound to your liking. In my case I use Windows and iOS devices, so it’s easier to do so with its multipoint feature.

I bought APM on sale for 425 at micro center 16 months ago. I find it way better and more comfortable than Xm4. I would recommend trying both and decide.

Tried XM5 they went back - had some apple vouchers so am picking up APM today
