Anyone knows why I get notifications on my Mac when I am changing songs on my iPhone while listening to the APM.

It keeps spamming my Mac “moved to iPhone”. But the APM was playing music from my iPhone the whole time and never from the Mac.

Bump.

Seems that nobody has replied, so it looks to me that I am the only one that has this issue? Does anyone know how to get rid of the notification spamming on my Mac without disabling the "auto-switch feature"?

I get the notification spam as well. In fact, on all of my devices it seems the AirPods really want to let me know what device they are connected to on a regular basis.

I see. Guess I will have to talk with Apple support to give us an option to disable the Airpod Max (and Pro) notifications on Mac then.

In bluetooth settings on the mac, select options then change Connect To This Mac from Automatic to When Last Connected To This Mac.

Thank you, seems to have fixed my connection issues with my airpods. I have huge issues where I see the, as connected to the phone but no sound. This have solved it.
