APM: Stuttering and losing sound completely following iOS 14.4.1

Hi,

After installing iOS 14.4.1, my APM have started stuttering on videos and songs, during phone calls I can’t hear the other person but they are able to hear me. Didn’t have any issues until the update, it happens on the iPhone and the iPad. Restarting APM helps for a bit, but after a while the issues reappear. Sometimes almost immediately, sometimes 15-20 minutes in.

This didn’t happen pre-update.

Is anyone experiencing similar issues?
