Love my AirPods Max so far! (Firmware 3C16) and I get no complaints about mic quality during Microsoft Teams calls (Got a lot of complaints with my XM4's)
When I listen to music on my iPhone and want to make a call from my Mac (slack or ms teams) I go to Sound in the macOS panel and select the AirPods Max on the list. Usually it works but sometimes the spinner icon just keeps going and then it switches back to "MacBook Pro" speakers. For those who wonder the AirPods Max are connected (blue) in the Bluetooth panel.
Anyone else having this problem? Even if this only happens once a week its still quite annoying
