Apollo Package Error

Simple fix im sure. I am using the Installer 3 on the iPhone and i cant install Apollo. I click install and i get the ERROR "package download failed!" i have pre-installed the nessarry software to work with Apollo but i get the same message.

-Could it be that Apollo 1.0.2 hasn't been updated to work with the newest version of Installer 3.

Any help is appreciated.
