App Adds App Deleting Ability To All Apps in LaunchPad!

I just rebooted after having some problems with Lion, and I went to delete an app and look! All apps can be deleted now, just restart. It works for me anyone else discover this? This is build 11A444d.

Odd. I've restarted plenty of times since the latest update and many of my apps still don't have that.

I restarted my computer by force (holding down the power button until it powers off). You can try that perhaps
