App Admin - How to unblock app for update?

Its a simple question but I can't figure out how to unblock an app for update.

If someone can help, it would be very appreciated, thanks!

On the Updates tab of the App Store, click the gear icon in the upper left corner to get into App Admin settings to unblock an app for update.

Thanks a lot. It did not show the first time, I have to reload the app store a couple of time to see it. Thanks again.
