Kind of a weird one. I have this new app called Hidrate, that works with a water bottle. But the App does not show up in my iPhone's Settings. Specifically within Settings > Notifications. The app just does not exist, but all my other apps do. This seems to be causing issues with the App sending me notifications to drink water as, and I even tried reinstalling the App, as well as resetting Location and Privacy within Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. No luck :(

Apps don’t show up in this list until the app has requested to send notifications. Have you looked around inside the Hidrate app for some sort of setting to turn on notifications first?

Yes. There is nothing to prompt you to turn on the notifications. The only thing I haven't tried is resetting my entire phone, but that seems like a lot of work just for a single App not working.

I wouldn't be surprised if it only sends notifications to paying customers. Have you paid?

might want to try deleting and re-installing the app, make sure to delete the app, and not just remove it from the Home Screen.

it shows for me both in the notifications setting, and also in the app list towards the bottom of the main page of the settings app,

Paying isn't necessary. My roommate has the same bottle and app and it works for him.

If your app is Hidrate Spark Water Tracker…here’s some info from their support sight. https://hidratespark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/sections/203939707-Notifications
Yeah I've read that actually, but it wasn't much help :(

I've done that. And yes, it shows in the App List toward the bottom of the main page of the settings page, but not in the Notifications section of Settings. I've deleted and re-installed the app 2 times already, but no luck.
