App download interrupted - no sign of apps on my iPhone

Dear experts, I have an iPhone 3gs. I recently purchased several games, namely NFL 09. I was in my house (wifi) until I had to run somewhere, and my iPhone had no connection to the Internet. Not only did it not finish downloading, there is no evidence of it ever being on my phone. (Except that my account got charged).
What can I do to finally get the apps that I paid for weeks ago?
