iPhone App fade-in/out tweak?

Hey all.

I'm looking for a tweak that changes the app launching animation from zooming in to a simple fade-in/out, similar to how apps are launched when "Reduce Motion" is turned on in accessibiltity settings. I'm still wanting parallax enabled and folders to zoom in, so toggling Reduce Motion isn't what I'm looking for.

I've downloaded it, but I can't find anything under springboard or settings for fade animations.
