Can you hear feedback (high pitched screech) when adjusting (pushing in) AirPod Pros?

I just received my AirPod Pros. Reluctantly I bought them refurbished on Amazon for a $20 savings, but mostly I did this because they could ship immediately and through Apple there was a month wait. My concern is having bought this refurbished (3rd party - company called A4C) they may not be operating correctly.

I found another thread here where others are similarly experiencing this.

This happens with both sides, only with Noise Cancelation or Transparency mode active. And only when I'm adjusting the fit. As I adjust it and push inwards the screech starts and gets louder until I release it. After release it abruptly stops. It happens regardless of where I hold onto this Airpod to adjust the fit.

It obviously seems related to ANC. But not sure if this is normal or if others experience this.
