I live in a giant bucket!
I currently have multiple movies encoded with .mp4 and h.264 via handbrake. I would like to take one of those movies and play it on my iPhone once in a while. Is there a way or an app that can quickly decrease the resolution of a already encoded file to something the iPhone can handle?

Visualhub or it's free cousin iSquint will do the job, but it does require re-encode.
