I know iOS will monitor devices connected to a particular device; as in iPhone and Apple Watch but what I am looking for is an app that will monitor the battery levels of all devices connected to the same wifi network or icloud account.

Android and Windows have one such app named 'Potential' which is supposedly coming to iOS at a later date. However, I cannot find any such app for iOS. Any takers?

What a great concept/app that Paranoid Gems build there called Potential it seems however that their Android app hasn't been updated since 2015 and they promised an update there in January 2017 but that didn't happen. Let alone an iOS launch. Their website also doesn't exist anymore. I also don't know of anything else on iOS that has this. This would be a nice feature to have build into iOS otherwise we need to wait on third party developers such as x to create such an app.

Yes, it does seem odd that no one has took to either developing or adding the feature to check 'all' iOS/Mac OS devices. Maybe it has something to do with security, although I doubt that could be an issue.

I have now installed the Mac app iBetterCharge that member InAustralia recommended. It does work nicely where I have it showing on my MacBook Pro's menu bar.
It's not the same though as simply picking up your iphone and checking on the family's devices. I like to always be 'one step ahead' of my family members before it becomes a commotion that they forgot to charge their devices.

Hmm... will look up the Mac thing, but as most battery problems occur when I'm away from home,I would prefer something that could read battery data from all my iOS devices within Bluetooth range.

Tried this App but find it next to useless.
Installed on two iPads (Air 2 & Pro 12.9”), an iPhone 7 Plus and a 6 Plus.
Loaded the App on each device and initial check shows all devices ~ so far so good.
However, go back to the App an hour later to see if one of the other devices has finished being charged and the App reports ‘NONE’ of the Apps with up to date info. All say “1 hour ago”.
In other words despite leaving the App installed and loaded it can not see any of the other devices.
Even worse ~ when I then turned on one of the devices the App STILL refused to update the App info.
The only way to get the App to show the correct battery level of all the devices is to have all switched on and all with the App loaded and showing as if you are constantly using.
However, the second one of your devices times out and the screen goes off the App no longer updates!!

All a bit pointless.

Beards, which app are you using? Both Battery Status and Charged? work for me. I have just been testing both to check (latest iOS beta). With these apps I did find all devices need to be re-booted after installing the app to get the app working well.

Yes sorry, I have no idea why my reply quoted someone else. Didn’t notice it until you queried my reply.
So yes, I was referring to the App you kindly mentioned, Charge?.
I’m on the latest iOS on all devices. Just tried rebooting all machines so will see if that makes any difference thanks. :)

EDITED: Rebooting did nothing. None of the devices have had their battery levels updated.

I had been using iBettercharge but on latest MacOS the notifications are broken. It needs to be updated. I a really like Charged? but the app doesn't updated battery in real time and I think it has to run in the background.

If it’s not real-Time battery monitor over wifi network then its a waste. From testing on Mac, iBetterCharge and Coconut Battery are better at monitoring idevice batteries in real-time without needing any apps running in background.

This is the iOS apps section. This app is great to view your other iOS devices batteries in another iOS device. The fact that there is a Mac version is a bonus. It’s horses for courses.

Have you tried Apple’s own “Find my iPhone” app? It lists all devices with a battery indicator on the top-right corner when you click on the device you’re interested in.

Interesting; would never have thought to use that App.
You’re right in that it does display the battery indicator. Shame it doesn’t display the amount.

However, I did manage to get Charged? Running fine in the end.
The App was kindly mentioned by RecentlyConverted back in Oct last year.

Apologies for bumping this thread, but I was just wondering if anyone knows about any new app to keep track of the battery levels of all devices linked to the same AppleID. Cheers.

In two more recent topics (e.g. this one) a few options were discussed.
Here is also my app collection in which all apps I could find in that regard.
Not all are connected to your AppleID though. The ones indicated below are the best options.

There are various types:

- bluetooth paired devices connected to your iPhone / iPad: Apple’s build in battery widget
OR
- see all iDevices connected to iCloud, bluetooth and WiFi network (other iCloud accounts): app “Charged?
OR
- see all iDevices connected to your iCloud / Bluetooth: app: “Cloud Battery
OR
- see all iDevices connected to your iCloud: apps: “PowerToYou” and “Battery Status Overview

Thanks these are some really interesting apps!

Now some research time to see which one of them is best!
