App For Password Protected PDF's?

I'm in search of an app or any method really that will allow me to house my PDF files that are password protected. More than just house them, id love to be able to input my password and read the PDF itself.

Would that one popular app GoodReader be able to do that? Or another one I may have yet not discovered?

I think Goodreader can do it.

Air Sharing HD should also be able to do it.
