Does anyone have a suggestion on APP which is a Radio Station (Not Spotify or Pandora or Apple Music) I mean like a proper Radio Station which plays non-stop music 24/7 at a minimum of 320 kbps which is high quality Music in Club, Dance Music ?

Does it play High Quality, Lossless Music ? and I hope it is not like Spotify or Pandora or Apple Music which is Music on Demand kind of thing right ?
TuneIn (free with ads, paid 9.99 once without ads) collects thousands of radio stations (online, local, national, FM) that also broadcast for free online and collects them all. It really depends what the station offers as stream quality and not sure what TuneIn does with the stream quality (if they keep it or reduce it) otherwise you could always go to the website/app as soon as you found a few stations in TuneIn that you like by Googling them and checking out their websites/apps. A similar kind of app is Radio.net (free with ads)
Another option could be DI.FM (Digitally Imported) / RadioTunes which has a free app and site (but with only 128kbps) if you go for the Premium (paid) version they offer 320 kbps mp3 streaming quality so again not lossless music but still quite good quality.
Other options that come to mind outside of the big names (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, Slacker aka LiveXLive, Youtube Music and Amazon Prime Music) are: 8Tracks, Earbits (no longer an app), Stingray Music, Jango Radio and AccuRadio but again I do think none of them play lossless music.
For real high quality lossless music (and pricy) see also this review: Tidal and Qobuz which probably also offer stations with 24/7 dance music but if you are looking for a station with actually DJs and such not sure if that is what you are looking for.

Hey Man ! Thanks for the great info ! Really Appreciate it. Yes even 320 KBPS is also is also fine, as I do realize lossless Music Radio Station is still a new thing. But yes I am looking out for Radio Stations like which play non-stop music 24/7 Dance/Club/Techno Music. Not necessarily Actual DJ's playing but just a music station playing non-stop ongoing music.
